Consultations

The beginning of every effective treatment starts with the in-depth analysis of your personal conditions. You will discuss your needs and concerns during the professional consultation performed by our highly trained aestheticians. MedVSPA experts will address all your needs, whether you focus on aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, cellulite, or other conditions.

At MedVSPA, consultation is free with any treatment that you take. If you want to receive it before choosing a treatment, you will pay $45 for the 30-minut individual consultation. However, it will be waived when you receive your first treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We require that you give us a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you arrive late, you will only be treated for the duration of the booked treatment time slot.

Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last-minute cancellations leave our aestheticians with empty appointment times. As well, we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that time slot!

Because of this, guests who missed their appointment or cancelled within 24 business hours will be charged $45 cancellation fee.
